Yesterday, I watched part of the Seinfeld episode where Elaine goes to see The English Patient, and doesn't like it. Everyone else likes it, but she thinks it stinks.
It got me thinking about movies that I really didn't like, but which other people seemed to like. So far, I can only think of two:
Happy Feet
Pretty Woman
Oh, and The Book of Mormon Movie deserves a special mention for being the worst movie I ever saw. It was craptastic.

only 2 huh? happy feet is on my list too. tarzan (the latest disney film...'99 maybe...)is on my list. i hate it when time has been spent watching a 'craptastic' film. "i wish i could have that 2 hours back" has been said way more than once over the years.
i hated napoleon dynamite...and almost everyone seemed to think it was the funniest movie ever.
i'm sure there were others.
oh yeah, i hated forest gump. didn't like city of angels either.
happy feet was only so-so, not awful, but not great, in my opinion.
Oh gosh, my list of movies everyone loved but I hate could go on for days. Grease. Seriously--I can't stand that movie. And even my dad likes Grease.
Yeah, the BOM movies was the worst movie I have ever seen! I believe it has been the only one I have turned off just because it was horrible.
I thought Brent and I were the only ones who didn't like Happy Feet.
You know what movie I love? Dirty Dancing. It was on tv last night and so I've been singing the soundtrack and repeating my favorite lines in my head all day.
"Nobody puts Baby in a corner."
"What's your real name, Baby?"
"Francis"
"Francis...that's a grown up name."
"I carried a watermelon."
Peter had never seen it and groaned the whole time. He said it sucked his will to live.
I once watched a E! True Hollywood Story about Dirty Dancing. It made me love the show even more.
